Three Tea


 

Sophisticated and slightly mysterious, this infusion combines the delicacy of green, smokiness of oolong and body of black teas with nuances of flower petals and rare fruits. Good aperitif or digestif. Best for simple drinks.

Devil at Dusk

 

2 oz MS Three Tea vodka
1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
1 oz freshly squeezed Ruby Red Grapefruit juice
Shake with chipped ice and strain over ice
Garnish with a sprig of fresh sage

Onyx

 

 

1 oz MS Tea Three vodka
1 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
1-2 drops of fine Balsamic vinegar
Pour chilled in reverse order, don't stir
Garnish with an orange twist

Intermezzo

3 oz MS Three Tea vodka
1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice

1 tsp freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tsp maple syrup
Shake well

Strain into glass

Garnish with a lemon twist

Blossom

1 oz MS Three Tea vodka
4 oz sake

Simple syrup to taste

Garnish with an edible flower
